At Aelfric Eden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that certain promotional items and final sale products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, including the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
